I still disagree. People get copyright infringement complaints all the time. I know people who get them when they don't even use any content that's not their own at all. It's usually because someone who dislikes the video purposely flags it in hope that it'll be taken down. Youtube almost always let's youtube partners get away with it, even over three times.
