@LegendofNate21728 the pokemon anime came out around the same time as the games and the anime is not based on the games, neither was the sonic anime, and i don't think the f-zero anime is based on the games, and the kirby anime is different from the games.

I would bet 100 dollars that a character that started out in an anime would ever appear in an ssb4 game. I used to think an anime character would be in brawl, but looking at the work of genius roster makers like pizzadudemanguy, has set me strait.

I suppose you would play only as Mario. They will be hard to separate though it is possible to lose Luigi. A mario w/o luigi is closer to a olimar w/o pikmin than a nana w/o popo.

And being that square enix will surley have a 3rd party rep, and 3rd party reps are meant to show the bonds between companies and nintendo, i can not see a better then, to include a character other than one from a mario game, Nintendos flagship franchise. Epecially because he is the most popular character from Super Mario RPG. The games popularity lead to the paper mario games.

i lol'd at the mii, nintendo would do that. also "realistically" i highly doubt were going to be getting any characters that are all ready represented as trophy's, unless they are huge part of Nintendo younger age group, with the exception of something as old and big as mario. but please nintendo give us some new characters, not toon/brother/ dr. versions of characters we already have. 3 ppl with the same dam moves. wolf was k but falco was a clear cut n paste. @darkwalker269 i don't complain about clones because it might not its not a matter of design but rather that its a cheaper why add another character that otherwise would not have been inserted. heck that is why jigglypuff was put in to begin with. but give it up to falco who had a pretty drastic change from melee. I wouldn't call him a clone in Brawl. but the final smashes. yea, that was more than dissapointing.

Well that's a good point...but they are considered Yoshi characters in SSBB. Baby Mario and Baby Peach are Yoshi Series trophies in the game so they would probably part of Yoshi. And also their main series is Yoshi's Island (even though it only has two games), they only came out in MLPit and are not going to return for the sequel.
