I am pretty sure it is A# (standard tuning dropped 3 whole steps...or 6 flats depending on how your tuner works)......thats at least what I have my guitar tuned to and it sounds good when I play this song, or at least the first 30 seconds or so.......it is so freakin hard to play this disgustingly amazing song...it took me twice as long to learn the two opening riffs as it takes to learn an entire bullshit pop metal song....good luck.
