No, it's the main theme. Listen to the main theme after listening to this. And then listen to the prelude. Not even remotely similar.

You honestly can't hear that? I think something is wrong with your ear man. Also, you do realize this arrangement is directly from the FF4 Piano Collections album which is authorized by Nobuo himself, right? Surely you don't think he would mislabel his own music?

Also, the prelude starts with ascending apreggios and this starts with descending arpeggios(not to mention a different chord).

Salut ! J'aime beaucoup ta version de FF IV. Je suis moi même en ce moment en train de peaufiner ma version de Comptine d'un autre été, et je suis donc tombé sur ta bonne version de ce morceau. La marche turque est impressionnante aussi, bravo pour ça !

It's not her fault. She didn't write the music. She's doing the Final Fantasy IV Piano Collections rendition of the song. I agree that often the musicians take way too much license and turn the songs into something else entirely, but this girl played their version of the song precisely, even copying what I thought sounded like a mistake at the 2:04 mark. If anything, the acoustics from this piano sound better than what was recorded for FFIVPCs.
