  • i rember seeing this band in fornt of 30 people tops in larchwood ia most who came to see what the noise was. they had to move the pool table to set there stuff up. didnt really know what to expect from them. then they started playing bobaflex warriors and it hooked me. all i can say is that they killed just as much that day as they do now and def. earned there way

  • I'm sorry but anytime I see someone spitting on the people that paid money to see them I lose all interest.....I liked this song until I caught that....I'm old school....maybe too old at 40 but I have no use for that....

  • That opening guitar riff is sick.

  • Just as the guitarist spits to the sky I noticed 666 96 viewers. Fuckin awesome.

  • amazingly awesome!!!!!!

  • bizarro.

  • My first band opened for these guys a long while ago in lima, OH! Still love these guys!

  • They are all good singers

  • I didn't know they all had a part in the vocals in this song. That's awesome. I thought it was pretty impressive dude had such a wide range in this song LoL

  • EEE LOCOO VIVA PERON LOCO

  • bruce willis play bass.

  • got to play with these guys last friday and you should have see the looks on their faces when they got off the stage and we started setting up and we took off our button up shirts and all of use were wearing super hero shirts, im the drummer and was wearing a green lantern shirt without sleeves similar to the one in this video just not as dark and jarod (bass player) was excited to say the least.

  • Damn!! THE BASS PLAYER SINGS GOOD...HE SHOULD MAKE A SOLO ALBUM.

  • @STACYSTWINTRACY I don't think his brother would like that much if he did.lol.

  • I apologize for nothing...

  • Well I've never really liked the nu metal stuff, but the way the vocals are arranged is really cool, especially with the bassists high voice

  • I think I'm better than me.

  • mike steele is cuz

  • mike steele is cuz

  • @sillyman14ful Mike Steele is the shit

  • I like this up-tempo version more than the album version. Also, isn't one of the guitarists the singer's brother? They sound almost identical. Pretty amazing stuff.

  • never heard of these guys til a couple of minutes ago scanning netflix.

I'm converted. these guys fuckin rock!

  • I'm so happy that their from WV and amazing!

  • I dig these crazy guys from West Virginia!

  • ive seen these guys several times and nobody gets a crowd going better than me

  • I had the honor of playing 5 or 6 shows with these guys back in 03-04 .. I cannot say enough about them, by far the funnest ROCK SHOW I'VE EVER ATTENDED .. I truly wish all the dull minded fools who buy into the current music/shit thats being put out these days would see one Bobaflex show .. just one .. to realize music is a love (not big pimpin-btches-cars-jewelery-cash etc etc) .. These cats do nothing but make me smile...which is awfully weird for a metal band!

  • bass players bass is FAR to high up

  • @MolesMalone Maybe to you, but to him, it's all good. I know I don't like to play my bass that high, but I can't call him out on what feels good for his style.

  • hahahaha this band is so retarded xD

and yes, their bass player is fucking funny xD

  • TO THE 4 THUMBS DOWN.....FUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUUCK YOU!

  • Bobaflex for me is like crack to crackheads

  • Great band! Great vocals from the whole band. Bass player has great voice and is f@ck1ng funny!!!

  • @mconner74 Haha He records my band at Red Room Studios. I never stop laughing because of him. His name is Jerod.

  • God fucking DAMN that is loud.

  • they are fucking amazing =D

  • yea they are fuckin amazing!

  • Yarp. what they want an award or something

well someone should for being that bad ass...like a.. badassnes award

  • Yarp. what they want an award or something

well someone should for being that bad ass...like a.. badassnes award

  • That is one epic bassist

  • the basses is wicked.

  • @9385dee7 U mean the part where he is singing super high, and playing one note. Lol no hes pretty rad, its hard to play a lot of notes on bass and sing at the same time, so i dont take any credit away from him, but i think his stage presence is cooler than his basslines, they aren't bad though.

  • @claytonic87

Yeah, but I can't get over him having his bass up on his chest, like that. It looks goofy as fuck, that way. But then again, I get the feeling he probably doesn't give a flying fuck "how it looks", either.

Actually, I get that feeling about all of them. And that's a big part of why they rock. They aren't "image heavy" like a lot of rock-stars are.

  • @blackwingangel04 I actually play my bass like that. It puts less strain on your wrist on your fretting hand. My bass teacher summed it up for me that there are 3 types of bass players. Players that play by the heart:example this guy. Players that play by their gut: examples most common seen players. Then lastly players who play by their manhood: examples can't name any off the top of my headXD. But ya whatever suits the player

  • @DarkPunisher13

I see. I've never seen anyone play on their chest like that, so it just seems weird to me.

Me? I'd have to go Rob Trujillo, and play it on my knees.

  • @DarkPunisher13 Play by heart : this guy here, play by gut: Roger Glover, play by manhood : Duff Mckagan, is that better? :D

  • Boba forever!!! Give'em the rrespect they deserve.

  • 1:39 how did he manage to pull off those notes with a voice like that?? I could sing those notes, but it seems almost impossible for me to sing them with that rasp.

  • i LOVE seeing them live!!! good times :)

  • I mean John Myung would own him. lol they're both JM

  • The bass player wears his bass up to his chest?

    Weird boy.

    But, an awesome band!

  • I got free tickets to see these guys about a year ago....loved it..chatted with the bassist and the guitarist/vocalist after the gig..left a fan!

  • Better Bass Player: John Myung

  • @Hitory yea, but what i like about this guy is the fact that he sings for a band. good voice too. well, of course as a bass player JM would OWN him lol

  • i seen this band yesurday haha

  • 1:09-1:11 the bassists face reminds me of Les Claypool hahahaha

  • Bobaflex treated their local music scene like shit. Always cheated other bands of their share of the door money.

So it doesn't surprise me that Dave Mustaine asked a bunch of assholes to tour with him.

  • the bass player kicks ass and can sing micheal jackson great....anyone who thinks different can lick my butthole! that means the dude below me

  • Very good Performance... sounds amazing and alive! thumbsup! :D

  • Was he actually a douche, or was he just having a bad night and said some off things? Sit back and think about it first. But some guys can be real dicks and pretty arrogant.

  • screw the bass hater. i kno the bassist and he kicks ass. so u can suck on my bigbird dude :p

  • @bigbird137535 I fucking agree with you man, if you just watch the bassist and how he plays and moves you can tell he knows he fucking instrument and thats what truly makes a great player knowing your instrument. He also does have a kick ass singing voice

  • Bobaflex fkin rocks

  • I saw these guys a few years ago open for Sevendust.....insane. They rocked it.

  • I saw them play for "a taste of madison" and they rocked!

  • so did i dude

  • @SteveDGoodwin yeah there from huntington...there awesome and there pretty nice boys to not stuck up to talk to you like most bands.

  • @dragoneater305 CLOSE, but not quite, their from Point Pleasant. they might very well have Huntington listed though cause its bigger (if you're not from here and already know that)

  • @dragoneater305 CLOSE, but not quite, their from Point Pleasant. they might very well have Huntington listed though cause its bigger (if you're not from here and already know that)

  • @TheZekeadams actually, they most of the band is from Mason WV, just 10 or 15 minutes up river from Point. I'm from Point myself. And I believe the only one from Point is the guitarist Mike, who no longer is in the band. I've only met him and the bassist Jerod, real cool dude. He actually signed my bass...

  • @WVboy1022 excuse my mistakes. Most of the band***

  • @SteveDGoodwin Yea i saw them on the Masters of Horror tour with 10 Years, Sevendust and Mudvayne...had no idea who they were before the show...but man they fuckin blew the roof off the place....amazing energy they brought to the stage! My ONLY complain was, as the first band to perform...they wern't given nearly enough time lol!

  • @SteveDGoodwin i saw em w sevendust 10 years & mudvayne back in '05 & it was an amazing show

  • ugg. they played like 15 min away from my house and i almost threw up. so my dad ditched me and went with someone else. i wish i could kick swine flus ass.

  • w00t I WAS THERE FUCKING AWESOME

  • and you sir are wrong. Cause both ICP and Bobaflex rule. Plus your listening to a live version that's not always the best. Listen to a studio verison FIRST.

  • I just saw these guys with the band The Rock n Roll Chrome and they fucking rocked!!

  • my buddys bands opening for these guys in ohio hell yeah i grabbing tickets

  • my band is opening for these guys tomorrow night. its gonna be amazing.

  • I saw them live during Twiztid's Guillotine Tour in '06. They were fucking hardcore.

  • These guys are just a fucking bunch of entertainers. Awesome catchy tune.

  • You say that....but I bet you never saw them live. I've been listening to these guys since before they got signed. Back when they were playing with bands like Cringe, Monkeynut, Superfreak. Back when their fans KNEW who they were. These guys have been through some shit, and they are there for the fucking music. You think they just entertain. Go see them in Columbus, Ohio at the Alrosa Villa. They aren't JUST entertainers.

  • What in the blue fuck? The use of 'just' wasn't meant in a 'they can't do anything else' sense man chill the fuck out it was a frickin positive comment.

  • Wasn't the fact of the word "Just" it was that it was followed with the word fucking, making it into a derogatory sense. Making most people think that you meant that can't play music, and just there to entertain and thats what makes it fun to go to a show. If thats not how it was meant, then please re-read your posts before hitting that "Post Comment" button. So you understand how everyone else will be reading what you are saying.

  • How about he fact that nothing negative is said in my post and that that sentence is followed by 'awesome catchy tune'? You should probably be the one thinking twice before hitting 'post comment' and assuming the worst of everybody. No one else seems to have read my comment in the same light you're pointlessly painting it in.

  • I gotta say i didnt know who Bobaflx was till late 06, when i seen them open on the Masters of Horror tour! They blew my mind, and just from that one show, have been one of my faves since! So i agree...they are a lot more than just entertainers....but they do put on an entertaining show! And they hung at the merch table for a long time just chillin and meeting with fans!

  • does the bassist look like flea to anyone?

  • is there a bass tab for this can anyone hook me up

  • sorry can't find any

  • they know how to put on a kickass show

  • i love how the singer has the Green Lantern here and Batman shirts on the website hahah

  • That's his whole thing. Every concert he wears a comic book t-shirt. I've seen him wearing Green Lantern, Batman, Superman, Spiderman, umm...a bunch of em...lol...

  • o heard em on the Gigantour DVD now im hooked on this tune!! the bass player is so funny looking hahah

  • Thank you so much for putting this video up. These guys are fucking nuts and I love it. I cant wait to see them again. Gigantour was the second time that I saw them and they have gotten so much better since them. They deserve a hell of a lot more then what they have been give. Tales From Dirt Town is an AMAZING cd. Not to mention they're really great guys to talk to and hang out with. Thanks again.
