Well let's say if you wanna film hidden camera pranks and you need one that is small and is able to stand up without being easily noticed. Then what would you consider?
@JohnMcleanOIL You can buy a second hand macbook for about half the price of a new one...and it will work just as great! Macs rock and they last forever (or close to it) :)
cool. I am going to buy what you have recommended. I don't want something expensive and want to do youtube vids that are not fuzzy and crappy souning like I been ahahah. Thanks to my Logitech webcam, aggg.
i used my sony digital camera and everytime i moved it spent like 10secs refocussing...!!! grrr....ive tried all the setting, what else would u recommend if i was buying a new one!?please answer!
@trisha60 If you check out my blog (link in the video description) and search for "camera" you will find a blog post that shows my top choices. The cheapest option (with great video quality) is the Vado HD Gen 3. It also has a microphone input so you can connect a mic and get even better audio quality. It records in 720p and the quality is awesome for YouTube.
@whatigot2say I am using a Sony clip-on mic that I've had for a few years now. It came with a wireless microphone kit, but I don't use the wireless part. I hope that helps.
@Sliderbleautwo Great question. You have a few options. For $97 you can get the best one (in my option...I use it all the time) called "ScreenFlow". For free, you can try one called "Capture Me" . Please Google them both.
There are also two great free online services that do screencaps and allow you to post to YouTube and Twitter automatically. They are called "Screenr" and "ScreenToaster". The best part is that there is no software to download and install.
@Sliderbleautwo One more...if you have the latest Mac OXS Snow Leapord, it comes with a Quicktime X which also allows you to create screen capture videos.
hey do u like the polaroid cuz thats what i have now it has ok quality but unfortunatly it doesnt have any basic editing systems like the ones u showed
@umum80 Hey umum, I am not familiar with the Poloroid, but you can most likely edit it with a video editing software called Sony Vegas Movie Studio HD. Give it a try, there is a 30-day free trial online.
