  • As ysual Charlene and Zac are a formidable duo when they get together. Had the pleasure of seeing them live with John Whelan in Bakersfield this past year. The highlight of my day to be there. Can't wait to see them perform again. This is as good as it gets...Zac is a generous Celtic guitar teacher as well..Kudos to you both, your bring your fans great joy when you play...

  • Really lovely playing! :) Hope to see you both some time at a S.F. session.... Cheers, Doug

  • F# Minor! Jesus! I need people to play tunes saying what key they are on, and the less common the key the better. I want to be able to recognise all the keys by the fingering. This one is a good one! you both play very well!

  • yes yes YES!!

  • Love these two jigs. Superb playing as always, Zac (and Charlene).

The first jig is called Johnny O' Leary's and the second one is Patrick Maloney's.

  • Cheers!

  • Nah bro... Didn't bother with google, found it on iTunes.... I'm going to the store to get a card and buy it when I get the chance...^_^.

  • Cool. Hope you enjoy!

  • really enjoyed this :) love the sound of those tunes. wicked and inspiring thanks

  • i would REALLY like to jam with yall lol...great playen....yall need to get in a fucking studio and so more stuff like this and i would at least buy that shit...hell i would buy it twice,....

    i love celtic music

  • A good place to start would be Charlene's album, "The Initiation", on which I did some of the guitar work. Just google "Charlene Adzima" and you will find a way to order it.

  • what is the guitar tuning in this, D A D G A D or just drop D...

  • I really like the great amount of swing troughout the tunes! Damn I'm jealous hahaha

    nice vid with mighty tunes!

  • Lol. I almost didn't get it. Good ear, Quinn;)

  • Keep it Up..

BTW.. never heard a jig in F# minor.. it's a very different sounding key.

  • Thanks! There are a few out there, but not many. I only know of about a dozen F#m tunes in general. You are right, though, it is a very different but cool sound!

  • Thanks for the comments, guys. Always appreciated:)

  • great as always...loved watchin this one cause you both got really into the music, which makes all the more fun to watch! cant wait for the next vid, keep up the good work

  • Great job!

  • Delightful.

  • Great playing! Aren't these Liz C tunes?

  • They are traditional as far as we know. But they seem to be big Chicago tunes and Liz does play them.

  • My bad. Liz and Johnny D backed John doing these tunes on his "Steam" cd, and the performance would've fit right in on any of Liz and John's cd's

  • Very true. Although John WIlliam's concertina and flute made it even more awesome;)

  • Siempre sensacional Zac!!! Para cuando Gaita Gallega???

  • Great playing!!! Thanks for posting, molto bravi complimenti

  • Love the change into A major. Great playing you two.

  • Hurray, Bravo!!!

  • Thank you! God bless!

  • Enjoyed. Thanks and good luck to you all.

  • Nice guys!!! Ima learn dis! Oh, and I like your hair shorter Charlene, looks nice!
