Behemoths are bigger when you find them in ruins etc, but that is only because they were enlarged by the devs for dramatic effect. If you notice, the car door and the fire hydrant are waaay oversized on those.

When you manually spawn them yourself, they appear at the proportional size they were designed at, before being enlarged.
