.... and for all you "hammer fist haters" jk. ;) i know back in the day it was frowned upon to rabbit punch, and the stigma carried over, i can assure you, along with anyone in the trenches (via Military or Prison) will contest to its effectiveness, you don't even need to wind up to generate tons of torque. devastating. i find it to be an extra bonus if i have one of the other guys arms anchored up. (like bill wolfs defendo style) the meat grinder is a nasty pice of kit. ;)
good work guys, thats the way to train it. I have a bit more detail in the You tube videos "war hammer" on my channel, feel free to check it out. i like the way you repeat the blow as it should be used. my vid has more of the bio- mechanics involved, net time ill do one to include use and training for max power. great job.
Well done. Nice use of hips and rotation. Hammer fist is the forgotten strike of artists. It is devastating and has low probability of damage to striker. I love using it on the side of neck and collarbone.
dont need telegraph too much the punch, the arm can begin to the nivel of the head, you will punch the oponent faster
