  • @dawalli Señor, you are in top form

  • good work that man! Most I have managed is 44 in one go and that was tough.

  • @Mongothegr8 Thanks for the comment. Yeah, it gets tough when you hit 100 and bloody hell around 150. Takes grit and determination! lol! 44 is good. You'll get to 100 before you know it! Good luck!

  • I just can't get the timing for the double unders but prob just repeating and rotating fast as i can might get me there...awesome achievement James!!!

  • @LMichaelxxx Thanks a lot Lee! Yeah, just takes a lot of practice. Get your fast singles down, then mix in some doubles and take off from there.

  • well put at the end, fuck, im tired from watching that, good shit

  • @7rug Thanks bro!

  • this is dope, double unders are no joke!

  • @jcruz650 No, they most definitely are not! Thanks!

  • Matter of fact, I am sending out an S.O.S for jumping rope: how, how can I stop tripping over my rope so much and really start working out with the rope?

  • @rmsolympic1 Check for tutorials on YouTube. I'm sure there's something there.

  • Now this is exactly what I am seeking: versatility. He bangs bars and he snaps the rope. In fact, I would say that mastering the bar, the rope, and a few ohter things could put a person on a world class fitness level.

  • @rmsolympic1 Thanks Aflac! You're right, it doesn't take much to achieve a high level of physical fitness. A bar and a rope and a lot of discipline!

  • Yo that was hardcore right there. This is what fitness is really about, not just the barz. Many of us neglect other ways to get in shape because we are all stuck doing only calisthenics. Dawalli you are an inspiration to us all!!

  • @Rasclot222 You know it X! I kind of consider this part of calisthenics too. Real functional use of your bodyweight right here. Thanks for the comment brother!

  • @dawalli Yeah Jump roping is a prat of calisthenics what I meant was most of us here is only stuck with doing just pull up push ups ect... Even me. I have to get back to my roots. I used to jump rope everyday and now its only once or twice a month. But now I'm inspired. :-)

  • @Rasclot222 Yeah, you're right. I too have gotten away from other aspects of training, but now I'm trying to add more variety to my training. Get on those double-unders - they'll rip you up!

  • Awesome James!! Peace

    Patch.

  • @neoland93 Many thanks Patch!

  • Looks really good mate!

  • @Parkourforlife01 Thanks Mikael!

  • Go for the Olympics and run a marathon!

  • @federeriscol Hahaha! No way, I hate running!

  • @dawalli Really? It dramatically improves your endurance lol

  • @federeriscol Yeah, I know, but there are other more fun (and effective) ways to improve cardio/respiratory endurance and stamina!

  • @dawalli True true. I'm a semi-pro tennis player, and with my fitness coach I work on strength, core, speed, plometrics, power, flexibility, stamina and endurance. We mainly work on endurance by Interval training.

  • @federeriscol Yeah, interval training really works. Using anaerobic systems to build aerobic capacity. Very effective without losing power, strength, speed, etc which happens with too much aerobic training.

  • @dawalli heers, anyway good luck in the future with your calisthenics.

  • WTF?!!!)))

  • @azed81 Taking a page out of Nico's book! Long sustained intensity and endurance!

  • The cardio is real nice, but what I thought was impressive is the focus you need. Not zoning out and losing rhythm for that long is an achievement bro!

  • @cory108 Thanks Cory! You're spot on. One slight slip and you trip. Double-unders force you to maintain a pretty high pace. If you falter even for a split second, the rope catches.

  • Amazing cardio and focus! Did you do this as a warm-up??

  • @82Bdog Thanks a lot! No, this was at the end of my workout. I like to be thoroughly warmed up for these. When I'm fresher I tend to trip before I can hit 150!

  • amazing work J

  • @michael88c Thanks Michael!

  • Great job D, go for broke, good stuff. I have to try this, thanks for the inspiration, Happy Holiday!

  • @SKSON04 Thanks Q, give 'em a go bro, they'll certainly test your grit! lol! Happy holidays!

  • amazing

  • @mezzaniner Thanks!

  • that is so much harder than i looks

  • @guidera1 Damn right! lol! Thanks for the comment!

  • hOLY FCKIN SHIT??

  • @LittleBeastM LOL! U do these Metin?

  • @dawalli I DO.. BUT 200??? MASDUASDHAUDHAW WTf?

  • @LittleBeastM Everything is BEASTMODE!

  • AWESOME!

    ...my best 125 unbroken!

    ..thanks 4 inspiration!

  • @madonndspond You're welcome! Go 4 it!

  • AMAZING James'

I jump rope too, but I didnt know you do too ?

  • @jayredefinespower Thanks Jay. Ya, for sure. I love it! Just take a look at boxers, they do it all the time. How're your double-unders?

  • What a number, James! I don't think I can do 200 singles, can't even think of doubles. Skipping always puts my heart and lungs on fire, gasping for air. I gotta set goals for this one, too. Thank you for posting another inspirational video.

  • @djaponezu63 Thanks a lot Mihai! Set your goals in little increments and you'll get there. All the best!

  • nice1

  • @TheVindicatedOne Thanks Kain!

  • truly amazing. i am blown away J. i skip so i appreciate how bloody hard and skilled that is. unbelievable!!!

  • @myauramusic Yeah Darren, it gets tough around 100! Gotta keep grinding and ignore the voice in your head telling you to stop! lol! Thanks mate!

  • @MrJamal888 Thanks Jamal! How're things?

  • Wow, I'm impressed :D
