@JeremyPassarelli Sony DVD recorder, on a DVD+RW, in SP. I ripped the video onto the computer using DVDx. The quality is not quite as good as I would like, but DVDx is easy to use and it's good enough.
you are very veery lucky with where you live ! I live in Florida and have never imagined anything like this in the Maritime part of Canada :O In 2004 we had hurricane charley (I was 8) and thought that was a sort of "big" hurricane, but this is much worse than I thought when you were talking about.
@hddr3 Yeah, it's nothing like anybody ever imagined here. Hurricane Juan, which attacked us back in 2003, is still thought of today when someone thinks of a tropical storm here, but even that was miniscule compared to this.
@clubcar98 Indeed. Well, after all the rain, we got a few inches of snow, again. And another storm system *might* give us some more powerful weather, but it might skip us and go to Newfoundland instead.
I am so lucky that the Island didn't get hit bad at all, our cable TV was out and that was all, the power didn't go out or anything. Poor Mainlanders, hope everyone gets the help they need. Although selfish of me, I am really enjoying this whole week off of school.
Oh man, the flood looks really bad when it happened... Trees getting knocked down, power lines getting cut, roads flooding with rivers.... oh man, I see that it was terrible.
@CPQ5360 at least you get an early Christmas break! :D What will happen next, a flash freeze? I had to face a flash freeze 3-4 days ago, it was like living in the Territories!
@KingEastCoast No, we have to go back to school Monday. In fact, Christmas break could be shortened - which would be bad enough since they're already keeping us until Christmas Eve.
@CPQ5360 It was as cold as -15*C. Even though that's not cold, it was still freezing! However, I am used to these types of temperatures, unlike some people (not mentioning anyone specifically)
its good to know you have made it though this with little or no problems.

@NintendoFan2600 TheCanadianToast is correct. CPQ5360 was promoted to unlimited video length. Although, TheMaritimeMan was not.

@KingEastCoast Yep. Heck, I really don't mind - like it says in the video, Mom and I stayed safe and dry and I'm out of school for the week!
