I don't understand why people compare Katatonia to Tool. They've been around as long, or longer than Tool, and personally I don't hear any similarity. The tone of the song is somber and really doesn't require a lot of changes or any further excitement. The mood of the album this song comes from is quite depressing albeit there are a couple of tracks on there that are more peppy if you will. My favorite Katatonia song.
