Unless you live on the planet with no corners, all rides are not going to be straight highways and any bike gets around a curve better if you're hanging off. Back in the 80's when I had a new FJ1100 the only roads canyon carvers like the RD400 could pull away on were insanely slow "get off and walk" switchbacks.

People hang off so much in traffic because it's a poser thing. 90% of people hanging off in traffic would be much better served to just countersteer further vs. hanging off the bike like a monkey while the tire still has an inch left of chicken strip, lol. @johnnyhotrum As for katanas well there were several distinct eras, there's that bloated sport tourer they made around '88, but if you went back to around 81 or 82 and compared it to its competition, the Katana gave nothing up to anyone. My FJ was as good though heavier, probably a different class. Perhaps not until the ZX-9 Ninja came along was anything better. (the GPZ1100 was a pig)

It's not only, that you don't NEED 2 Turbos, it's more, that you don't have any space to install them.

I think, most of these Videos are just CALLED "Twin Turbo" or "Turbo"...mostly, it doesn't have anything to do with the video itself^^

In fact, i wouldn't know just ONE single reason to put only 1 Turbo on a hayabusa...you can ride a wheelie with a STOCK Hayabusa up to over 230km/h. Should be enough, i think...
