  • i so want that job now :D

  • 3:12 THERE IT GOES!!!!! *snicker*

  • In it he poured his malice, his cruelty, A master ring to rule them all. One ring to rule them all.

  • @JKtheNinja you're a bellend

  • I like how you don't attribute these to How Its Made, and annoyingly overlay your username on the video. Very noble of you.

  • hey, centrifugal casting!

  • but will it blend?

  • omg..the way he says ring is like ringah.... so annoying

  • Kinda irritating how he keeps saying ''the jeweller'' cause jewellers dont know shit about goldsmithing...

  • Those videos are so cool ! Thank you for uploading them !!!

  • really, who could vote negative?

  • 2:18 sounds like hes saying "fu*k you machine" XD

  • i know what i'm gonna say "i would like a platnium ring with one large sized diamand in the middle surrounded by smaller rubys emralds and saphires."

  • it is not a diamond...

  • wow, that's alot of work

  • i like when the narrator says vacumm

  • i think you should talk about how the diamonds are made as well

  • @jasonchen10 the uploader doesnt make these videos , so he cant do it , unless´´how its made´´ had already done it

triwood , you should give credit to the show , mave you get flagged , anyway thanks for uploading ^^

  • I love your videos :)

  • lol the polishers nails are super shiny! :D

  • "With a ring like that, you wouldn't say... I do." wait, what?

  • @angelica319

    Who wouldn't say "I do"

    Is what he says.

  • @angelica319 haha, yeh i thought so too

  • @angelica319 wasn't it 'who wouldn't say 'I do'?'

  • Wow. Seems pretty simple when you have enough experience.

My real wonders are is how they cut the diamonds! Diamond is the hardest material in the world. It would be difficult to cut so precisely.

  • @Trenasist they use grinding wheels coated with quartz and diamond grit. In other words diamond cant be but by anything exept itself.

  • It takes several hours to make ring by casting it. I can make ring like that in one hour from gold. You can have my free book to learn.

  • This is take several hours to make that ring by casting it. I make ring like that from gold in one hour.

You can have my free book to learn.

  • Indonesians do that for 8 cent an hour..save level of skill too

  • Awesome but what do they do with the extra gold?

  • re-melt it to use for the next one

  • thats alota wirk for a custom ring, the majority have to be mass stamped out in a factory

  • I found the video so amazing! I really love his masterpiece! Thanks for sharing this video!

  • You don't credit your video to How Its Made.

  • @pneumadragonfly true. but id attribute that to a typo. look at the rest of his/her videos.

  • LOL out of this whole comment page, onely two were positive comments. LOL!

  • very cool

  • I can make that, and I will set it myself, you do not need a setter!!!

What he means is that the claws seem to be thick, that is why "I do" is not likely to be appealing to this ring.

  • Running that ring under a jet of hot steam over what seems like a sink must not be the safest thing to do... oops there goes half a carat down the drain!

  • "he then takes his drill, and carefully carves out the whole he's scored." xD

  • thats so fucking amazing

  • anyone notice how big that guys ring was in the beginning??

  • God I keep thinking he's gonna cut his finger off

  • Same!

  • he sure as hell said " with a ring like that, you WOULDN'T say I Do" Ruined the whole thing....lol

  • "who wouldn't say i do!"

  • 4:10 golden finger tips!

  • This isn't how in the west we tend to make rings, we tend to use ribbon gold band and solder it to make the loop, this is the Indian style of Jewelry, Nice piece at the end though - I would be worried about those stones falling out though¬!

  • did he just say "you would'nt say i do"??

  • noticed that too, "you wouldn't say I do", wtf?? xD

  • with a ring like that, who wouldnt say i do.

  • stumbled D:

  • ...and the scariest thing is that there are people who buy such crap.

  • 2.55 i realy wouldn't want some one putting a bit of TREE into my new gold ring

  • that must be how the ring of power was made

  • who cares about the ring of power

  • all of middle earth!!!

  • Hmmmm - cheap jewellery!!!!

  • so what i just saw here, its that the ring is basically made out of the WAX??!?!?!?!?

    i dont understand

    lol

then it turns in to GOLD

    lol

  • The wax is just to make a mold then the gold is put into the mold.

  • oh okay thnx and if your wondering why is an another account replying, well its because this is my second channel

    just fyi

    and thnx again

  • some ring are hand made

  • ring maker has the shakes, might be an alcholic

  • what is this programme? It's cool.

  • the name of the show is "How Its Made" it usually comes on the discovery channel

  • i think that that is on my top ten favorite ring list, that was so cool

  • bet that ring was a nice few grand. :S

  • this is a cool video, but it shows how ONE out of many types of ring CASTING is made; not how a typical ring is made by a jeweller. for instance, a real jeweller does not include the wax part in the hand making of a ring at all, unless maybe he (or she) wants to show a "draft" of the final product to the costumer. you gotta love that show though. great stuff.

  • You are wrong, almost all of the jewelry today is made this way using the lost wax casting method, rarely are rings made straight from a piece if metal. I should know, I've worked in the industry for twenty years for some of the finest designers.

  • well buddy, i said one out of many ways. i've made many rings over the past few years, and only few of them by casting. to me, a (casting engineer) would make a ring with this method. a proper goldsmith would not. like you, "i should know", being a part of a family tradition of generations. maybe there is a cultural difference, but in sweden the process of making rings does not necessarily concist entirely of casting them in a mold.

  • this is freking how its made

  • it's not really job from jeweler.Jeweler makes ring from peace of gold or silver... not like they do.. it's easy and not handmade... FAKE!

  • WOW this was so interesting. Thanks so much for sharing.

  • wow i wish i had that ring but diamonds are nothing special !

  • man thats cool!

  • wow thats cool man. hope thats not too expensive hahah

i thought it was always go into a shop and choose the ring :)

i guess that would be a much more traditional way if its made specifically for the person

  • amazing.I love your videos.

  • Thank you...Glad you enjoy watching them! :o)

  • amazing process.

  • nice i wish someone would give me that ring!!!

  • @papitsu2 r girl?
