Capital one is a very greedy bank and offer little to no support good luck reaching someone in the auto loan dept they loop you back and forth but with ing i call and they awnser and their so helpful never once have i had a problem with ing in the 5 years ive been an account holder
It's really sad that you need to partake in the juvenile sexual reference in the beginning of your video, ING. Why align yourself with crassness? Sure, by today's standards it might be considered by most to be **relatively** mild, but plenty of companies do just fine avoiding crassness in order to maintain good relations with their entire client base and appear in a professional light. The point is, why go there? It's so unecessary. I expect ING DIRECT to be above crude humor.

@Gauch04LiFe no banks really lose ground to Chase just because of that one reason.... if they do it's because Chase is one of the biggest banks in the world and ING doesn't have branches... ING's rates are too much better than Chase to lose ground because of that... i'm a banker myself and know that most people don't determine where they do their banking just based on one feature...
When am I going to see a Windows Phone 7 application? I see that Canada has one, but nothing for the US?
