Yeah, I used to run air friction cranes. When we didn't have anything to do we would start a swing have the throttle wide open half way through and then bring it back whre we started to a ful stop. This is really what I was doing here. Its harder than it looks. Notice the clam is pretty still at the end of the swing.
Talk about a fast swing speed, YIKES!
