Actually it was, the developers said it would be "the end of the xehanort saga", but no more official information was revieled, so as I said, it's only a rumor

The soundtrack to FF1 20th Ed. is certainly delicious, but if you have even the slightest aversion to random battles (especially ones you can win by mindlessly mashing the X button), be VERY wary of this game.
