Female presenter says she assumes the footage is live, but has to ask her producer for confirmation, who presumable says yes. Male presenter only realizes it's rewound footage as the collapse appears on his screen. Just because they thought it was live footage for a few seconds doesn't mean you should spend a few years mistaken too!

Eye-witnesses all persuaded the collapses were due to the planes hitting the buildings, and that the smoke and debris were real. FOX, BBC and other news agencies were informed, but told to keep it a secret. Several news agencies accidentally slipped and announced the collapses prior to the explosives going off. Or 2: A few reporters mistook broadcast delay footage for a live stream.

All 3 buildings collapsed into where there should have been most resistance. They collapsed at speeds that showed no resistance. 10 floors per second, all contents inside the 3 buildings was turned to dust, all that was left were the steel beams and a pristine passport, it's all you really need to know, the rest is window dressing.
