the datasheet tells you what pins can be connected, and what they do.
often the datasheet will give you an 'application circuit' of how the part is typically used. many digital ICs are intended to be controlled by a host computer. a Microchip PIC microcontroller can fulfil this need, and their programmable chips cost only a couple dollars each
from this device, i would steal the wireless components
great video but with the combination of these parts what could u build... and did u build anything out of these parts? and.. how did u melt the IC with that much heat?
