  • I've met Shag twice at Outre gallery exhibitions and he is such a lovely man. He paints images that you want to be a part of... I just wish I could afford to buy his art! Big love to you Josh Agle!

  • I've followed Shags work for the past 10 years plus I have to say & I'll be producing a show in Los Angeles set to air next month & lucky me, I get to go meet the Shag-myster himself... I am so super excited to meet the gentleman. His work is timeless, and I love the wit that he brings to his creations. They're so fun & it leaves you wondering what the message is or what was the inspiration to each individual peice. GOTTA LOVE SHAG!

  • I love this stuff! you don't? kiss my ass

  • Thank you Smee for taking the time to do a documentary on SHAG [who in my opinion revived the long dead Disneyland Park Merchandise with his take on their 50th Anniversary Celebration] will the dvd come with a cd soundtrack ? You know that would be swell --

  • Great work Smee!..... SHAG ROCKS!

  • i luv shag

  • I've been waiting for a long time for this--I'm in it--I'm going to be famous.. Not really, but I'm still waiting.

  • ugh...shag's crap is really characterless and badly composed, and his paintings show complete lack of wit and imagination. And the documentary is really pretty lame.

  • That's true, you're right, pkring!

  • thanks for those insightful words pkring. Some may call you a hater I just call you a douch! I'd be interested in seeing the stuff that you make.

    Smee~

  • yeah, dont listen to that pkring guy, he's a pesimistic arsehole.

  • Wonderful trailer. I've been a fan/collector of Shag's work since '01. I hope this documentary will eventually make its way to Netflix for those of use who can't make it to the Newport Beach Film Festival.
