go fopr cardio training.
The best thing is to run for 2 hours. But not very fast.
Before you do that, you have to rech the 2 hours of running, otherwise you destroy yourself.
So every 6 weeks 15min more. ANd you start with 15min.
Or you go riding bikes or cardiotraining in a fitness center.
And dont forget to look for what you eat. :)
