@kissrk2 yes kids may dress to look sexy, but a 10 year olds idea of sexy is very different from say a 20 year old. when kids think sexy they think of it as an expression and/or fashion style. at least thats how i thought of it at that age. they dont acctually dress in miniskirts or whatever as an attempt to get laid, theyr 10! theyr not thinking like that. kids dressing up is completely harmless, its the adults that turn it into a bad thing and say its inappropriate.
