Yes, this song is best than Abba's Waterloo. But Abba is a classic, and they did better songs after Waterloo. Apart from that, at first Abba chose "Hasta Mañana" (best song than "Si") to perform for Eurovision, but they did prefer "Waterloo" finally.

Don't you mean should have won? Stage presence and beauty? Gigliola wiped the floor with them girls from Abba. Production? not going to dignify that with an answer. Talent? Yes ABBA had talent, but on the day Waterloo was no match for this song. The only thing this song lacked was a cheesy, pop sound, it could not compete with the banal Waterloo. Just my opinion.

ABBA is great but they should never have been featured on Eurovision. They already had a small following; they would have made it without Eurovision and thus this song would have produced another star.

with all the respect we have to ABBA, can someone say that this lovely Italian song was suppose to be number 2 ????

it should be among the best 3 songs ever been in the Euro.

What a travesty of justice, what a sin , what a huge mistake that this classic of all time was beaten by the ultra commercial song of ABBA, unfortunately we cant turn back the clock, but this hauntlingly timeless beauty will live on for ever.
