You could say the X zoo observed gay spider monkeys in one of their enclosures (that is one sentence and will fit in the box). I google search it, read the article, and we have a little discusion about it and how it benefits spider monkeys. So here is an easy question. What did you mean by archaic details? Since I think that you learn more about things by asking for details.

@YellowBlackbird12 Let me get in on this. What exactly are you asking for? If your wanting examples you could pick several different mammalian species (ex. even the family dog). And withing the realm of social structure, for many species it does benefit the continuation of that species. Homosexuality is a natural occurrence with costs and benefits, like anything else. If you have any questions, I'd be glad to clear things up. These devilish details are archaic.

@jamesdc60 Benefits? please name some. If you are refering to Whiptail Lizards they are asexual. Other Animals who are "homosexual" seem to be unable to reproduce and so I don't see how that is beneficial. And we wouldn't want "archaic" details. Otherwise we might be informed and educated... and that wouldn't be good.

Also, it is very difficult to be well informed and educated by "archaic" details. Find "archaic" in the dictionary to see that error. You asked for benefits and examples. Benefits will take another box worth of characters so I'll end this one with a question. If the natural occurrence in other species isn't the kind of example your asking for, what is?

Were you implying that the need to know details is archaic... or that somehow wanting to have more details of homosexuality in nature is archaic? Either way the statement you made makes little sense to me. I am asking for a specific example. Such as, "this scientist observed X" or "the X zoo observed Y behavior in this species which could be see has homosexual." And then explain how it is beneficial. That is all.

You didn't try to answer either question. Instead you got pissy and childish. You could have said google search X. I find X and we talk about it. But its too late for me to learn anything from your self-righteousness anyways. Next time don't offer to answer questions if you aren't going to bother to try.

And you've been defensive from the start, misunderstanding what I have said thus far, so unless you review and understand, what point is there in answering you further?
