I'ts not under looks, It's the standard "old" text overlay. Check video description; you'll find link for the step by step tutorial for Pinnacle Studio 14.

I'm not sure the standard titler can handle two separate simultaneous text animations. You could render 2 half screen separate (i.e 1 with text animation at the top and 1 at the bottom) videos and then create a new video joining them.

I currently have no access to my pc with Studio installed so unfortunately I cannot

try it out now.

Could you make it so that the Black was replaced with a translucent white, and the text was transparent?

If you mean having partial trasparency instead fo the full black background, yes it can be done. Use tutorial link in the description and then add a picture in picture on the same track of the text and chroma key . PiP settings: width:100 Height:100 Video Transparency: 30 (try the value that best fits your needs).

Thanks for the info; only "light rays" effect is specific to Studio 14 Ultimate collection, as far as I know.
