Im not gonna lie the jackets didn't put up much of a fight at all. The last game was a good one but osgood was hurting the whole second period pretty much. But then again the jackets are a young team and they will be going far in the next few years.GO WINGS!
Great year for the Jackets. Really respect their club.
It sucks, but the penalty against the Jackets was called correctly. Seen that type of bonehead move done by more Detroit players that ends up costing them a game than I can count. It's part of hockey.
Hope you guys keep Nash for a long time. He's a lot of fun to watch. Good luck next year.
just because i am a REDWING fan does mean i dont respect the other teams, all the teams that made it to the playoffs worked hard for where they got to, even the ones that didnt make it.
I do hate the fact that it was their first time to playoffs and they got swept in first round (that is if they were not playing Detroit, lol), happened to Atlanta a couple yrs ago, wish at least would have made it to 2nd round, but there is always next year:)
Sucks that it ended the way it did, but it was nice to see the Jackets honor the fans who've supported them all season. Shows you the close bond this city has with its hockey team.
it was nice to see the Jackets honor the fans who have supported them all season, and Mason well deserves the rookie trophy, but as far as the ending of the game i have to disagree, good too many men on ice call by ref, great goal by Franzen (lucky though), and GO REDWINGS!!!
why blame the officials, the guy comming on ice is to blame, he could have let the puck go by him and the game would have went to overtime and the Blue Jackets had a good chance on winning the game, they played a great game on game 4, unfortunatly the guy relieving the other jumped the gun and played the puck. i am not bias, would have been a good call if it was on Detriot. Most every player, coach, fan thinks its always the other teams fault or the refs, ITS CALLED HOCKEY!!!
Yup. Exactley what i knew would happen. you all are boo hooing each other.....get a life so what its just a playoff....be glad they made

they played a great there tonight. The game could have gone either way.
sorry about the last goal. you'll just have to keep in mind that if your season depends on one goal, don't leave it in the hands of the officials.
