  • thank you Prof. Video was very informative

    i am student of automobile engineering and working on project of hydraulic system

    can we use this software for different hydraulic system.

  • Good morning sir, I followed your video but I'm not able to see the whole wave form on Simulink. How do I solve this problem?

  • Hey how are you I followed your demo but I'm getting have of the waveform. How do I solve this problem?

  • There is an exciting contest on Tektronix® scopes and MATLAB® software and you could win $250 Amazon gift card. Its worth giving a try.

  • please I want plot or solve this function in matlab for rc=1;

    w=0:2;

     b=1/(3+i(w*rc-(1/w*rc)))

    thanx

  • thank you soooooooooooooooo much...

  • pls Drjctu what if i wanted Frequency Modulation and phase modulation what should i do i tried it my self but i failed

  • Answered in a separate message. Dr J

  • r we using Monte carlo method here?

    i havent seen the vid..so plz help

  • really god bless you

  • soooooooooooooooooooooo helpful thank you

    god bless you

  • very very very helpful tut Video

  • that was very helpful tut Video .. hope more to come .. thanks

  • thank you, this is a great help.

  • elucidateing

  • Very useful, THANKS!

  • I think yoy make a short example in a looooonnnnggggg time, but it is very clear

  • You forgot to mention that you changed the stop time!!!

    FYI... these are excellent

  • how about single sideband?

  • Can you believe it?

    You've already passed C.

    Think you can do MATLAB?

  • Matlab?

  • Thank You Sir.

  • You're welcome. I'll have the summer '09 off and plan to put more sample videos based on my online course and multimedia ebook on digital communications, spread spectrum communications, digital signal processing and signals and systems. Dr J

  • Thank you for this video. I look forward to your videos over the summer.

  • I m a noob and I have been given a assignment to simulate AM n FM using Monte carlo method on matlab that tii in 5 days....how to proceed?

    which version of matlab shud I use i m completly new to matlab :( n...I know c,c++ ver well.

  • I appriciate it. Very useful stuff but I have a problem with some setting. Could you tell me what would be the setting of Confriguation Parameters in "Simulation" option.

    Thanks

  • Response was sent by email.

  • allah bless the professor,it was excelent

  • Very cool video, but I am wondering, wouldn't the carrier and the message generators names be switched? I don't know much about AM but with a vocoder (musical effect), the carrier is the synthesizer or equal sound, and the modulator is your vocal track or equal. An although the vocoder deals with frequencies in a completely different ways, I thought maybe the carrier and modulator (or message in this case) would be switched.

    All in all, interesting video, enlightened me to Simulink. Thanks.

  • I don't know about music, but you have the right idea. It doesn't really matter as long as two signals are multiplied: one will modulate (or change the other). In AM, the carrier is at alot higher frequency so that the antenna is smaller otherwise without modulation, an antenna to receive a voice message signal would be many miles long. Thanks for watching the video. John
