3D modelled tank and greenscreen composite scene

Good job. How did you create shadow of yourself? Was it created using After Effects?

It is. I just duplicated the greenscreen footage, lowered the brightness and contrast to make it black. Turned it into a 3D layer and moved into position. I then changed the opacity to make it fit the scene.

That was pretty good. The only thing is that you probably should tint yourself redder to make you look like you fit into the scene more.
