@marino4691 weight, on other planes fighters and commercial planes specifically the wings are used to carry fuel since they fly much much longer distances but bombers are heavy and don't fly very far and their fuel tanks aren't in the wings

@marino4691 they longer than you think they look its a very wide aircraft also thin so that they can be swept back for super sonic speeds
