  • Nice Video you should check out TroubleXXLcom and submit your videos there

  • 9 inches is pretty low 4 a box right?

  • I remember me and my friend made one of these in 5th grade. My friend broke is arm that day.

  • hey whats the name of the first song

  • hey what the name of the first song

  • Aslo can I use liquid nail instead of nails on the steal angle

  • what happens if a friend wants to try it out but he is a begginer at grinding , what should I do?

  • Hey I did everything but I was wondering if a pole works the same as a iron angle?

  • @ElMikito1996 Hey a pole would work too but you would have to cut cut the wood in a angle where the pole can fit. But the Iron angle is a lot easier because you just have to screw it on. But both would work fine.

  • I just finished it today

  • Thnx for the plans I'm going to try to make it on Monday of next week.

  • where do i get the "roo" u speek of??/

  • how tall is the box?

  • damn i dont have any roo

  • what is the coping called?

  • make it 9 inches tall, 6 feet long, and 3 feet wide.

  • @Iskate2metal nice dimensions but I would make it at least a foot tall cause you get more used to skating street ledges and learning to handle a bigger ledge in general is good

  • @blankskate1234 maby but it feels more like a many pad my way.

  • @blankskate1234 how do you ollie high enough

  • @Iskate2metal I like the dimensions becuase the is good for a begginer and it has a great lenght

  • where did you get the coping for your box idk where to buy it , i built my box today all thats missing is the coping

  • @AlbiSancho your gonna want to check out all your local hardware stores, ask if they sell angle irons.

  • hi really good vid and design, i was wondering if the top is strong enough to do manuals and stuff.

  • how strong are these style of boxes? Do they last?

  • @24Sk8tr they last a long time if you build it with good wood

  • @24Sk8tr very strong, they last years

  • sweet now i can build a box thanks! plus it will be free ill just build it in wood shop. how long do you think it will take to build this? an hour or 2?

  • why do we need sigs?

  • yah all i had to buy was the fkn angle iron

  • rofl.. what you need: ...... adult supervision (optional) lol. a drawin .. actually fuck that

  • what is good lenght for grind box?? is 5 feet enough or shoul it be longer??

  • hah u fell in the wall

  • umm ive got a problem i cant get adult supervision from the local hard ware store......nah jkes lol :)D

  • how much would that cost?

  • all the materials should be around 70-80, you should work with buddies who have saws, drills and maybe a bench vice. Your dad might have some of that too

  • hmm idk 65-100$

  • wats the song?

  • lil wayne

''Shoot Me Down (feat. D. Smith)''

    tha carter III

  • lol sick pens

  • lmfao adult supervision wtf

  • thats fucking awsum ;)

  • nice crooks

  • thats sick but such an effort

  • if you got good connections you can make it for free no 130 $

  • i just made a 6.5ft long 2 ft wide 14 inch high box with angle iron and bought new screws, 3/4 inch plywood and masonite to cover everything so that like the angle iron and masonite are flush.....for like 65 bucks

  • how did you get all that for 65?

  • captain caveman rules!!!!!!!!!

  • i built one that is just like that except 18 inches tall and 5 foot long for 50 bucks no joke

  • lol me too

  • Whats the song??

  • 6 ft is standard flat bar size so try to make the box 6 ft too

  • bout how much does he whole thing cost i git 130 bucks

  • might as well buy a rail or something with that 130$

  • does lowes have that angle iron shit?

  • they should

  • yes thats wear i got mine

  • yup

  • there is absolutly no point of a box that small

  • Spray paint the whole thing, it would look sweet.

  • yea but it rub of on your board

  • i got a true value in my neighborhood but they dont got shit for wood

  • i have the same saw

  • what could i use instead of angle iron???

  • steel iron but more expensive

  • Get Two Strips or iron/steel and use no nails glue to stick on on top and on the other side and you got some homemade angleiron

  • you know this is the only vid thats thouroghly goes through every single step. that people can understan well. thanks.

  • so we can use that glue type thing but its much more stronger..

do we need an adult with you to get that strong glue shit..

  • theres a much faster way i actually got it from this vid. get a bunch of cinder blocks and put them in the perimeter shape (length and width) of the box. put one more set of cinderblocks on top if u want it to be high. den make the top part like a small rectangle and drill it together. put that grind stufff on the sides and bam u have a high or low grind box. without having to make the base. just the top.... me nd my dad are gonna use this idea next week...

  • how much cost the plywood??????

  • depends how thick.. and where you live..

  • angle iron is not that cheap -.-"

an 8ft piece is about 35 USD...

  • you should shop around a bit more cause i buy it in 20ft pieces for $21...its at a steel machine shop/welding shop and they will cut it whatever sizes you want

  • i saw 6ft piece for 10 at home depot

  • your sick

  • that was prod

  • how much does it cost?

  • Plank!!! lol good times....2:09

  • thanx

  • nice tutorial, i built mine using this... but after a week it got warped ffrom the rain lol i suck

  • wood is alot cheaper than i thought , a 16 foot long 2 by 4 is only 3 dollars and something cents lol

  • is there any cheap place on the web that sells plywood screws and wood and that?

  • yu could probably jus get it your local home depot or hardware store. They're like 15 bucks

  • i gott alot of 2x4s under my porch i wanna make a box so bad for skating and scootering lol where do u get the ply of wood thou?

  • Home depo

    Rona

    Any home/wood store

  • irly building centre

  • i built one today i found a pallet with a ply top and all i did was added a metal angle on the edge cost me nothin this is sick tho but needs to be longer 5*

  • That's what I did, but mine is one of the plastic ones, and I put some cinder blocks on the peg things. And I put some coping on it. It works pretty good, but it's kinda slick.

  • nice, i'm makin mine longer though

  • yeah, true that

  • any ideas on how much this would weigh?

  • My box weighs 122 pounds (It is 5 feet long by 2 1/2 feet wide and 1 foot high)

The one in the video is probably 80- 90 pounds

  • i built sucha box a few weeks ago

    its pretty cool

now im going to build my own skatepark in the garden

  • thanx dude

  • do you know how to make a kicker or any other skate stuff?

  • How much did it cost at the end for eveything and is 4 feet even enough grind room vause i like stickin to my grinds for a while?and Nice

  • 4 feet is some, but not if you like staying on. I would recommend 6-8+ though beyond 8ft is reaallly long. And just IMO, I also feel more comfortable on long grinds, but as far as 5050s, the shorter the better unless it's reeeeeaallly long and on a rail.

  • thank you for the edvice

  • where do you get the angleiron?

  • local hardware store

  • aww finnally something to do in wood shop

  • thanks man

  • you should use 4x4 for the corners ;)

  • where can u get angle iron without ordering it???

  • your nearest hardware store, each hardware store should have one, it can be called steel angle also

  • at an iron shop duh xD

  • I spent about 20 dollars because I had most of the stuff but if you don't have any items, it would cost about 100 bucks

  • cool totourial but it expensive to get the stuff.

  • about how much money did you spend???

  • nothing, you can buy em onlinbe though

  • damn you got front crooks ?
