I heard John many years ago giving his testamony and praising God. I seen a very humble and gratefull man for his salvation. This is one of the most beautiful versions of this song I have ever heard. Praise the LORD.

THEN shall he return to earth where the 2nd judgment will be for those who were not saved. Zechariah 14:4 tells of mount of Olives being split in two with the whole area between Giba & Rimmon becoming as a plain.

I visited Israel May of 2006. It is truly a life changing experience. Everytime that I hear this song brings tears to my eyes. Happy tears. It has been four years and it only seems like yesterday.

Did this on a Sar El bus last month. It brought me to tears. Pilar (tour guide) said welcome home family and most of the people on the bus started to tear up. I did feel at home. Great song, greater experience.

@ElvisMckim The Bible says his feet shall NOT touch the ground when he first returns. Rev 20 tells that during the thousand years he shall reign in heaven along with the saints. THEN shall he return to earth where the 2nd judgment will be for those who were not saved. Zechariah 14:4 tells of mount of Olives being split in two with the whole area between Giba & Rimmon becoming as a plain.

God has chosen his beloved in Christ before time and he will not fail to save them. We must acknowledge that WE NEED HIM. look at all the stories in the Bible...when assistance was ASKED for, it was given. it is like when your child falls, if he does not cry out, do you know that anything has happened that needs your help? God knows we need His help, but do we?

Christ will end all of that garbage one day. But it seems to me Israel now is not the one fighting a religious war. They are pretty secular compared to their Muslim neighbors. They ate tolerant of gays, of women in positions of power, etc. Their Supreme Court sides with the Palestinians more often than not. Can the same be said of their Arab neighbors? I think not. Even an atheist should see that Israel is not to blame for what's going on over there.

Yeah they are more tolerant "today". Few years ago they werent. Israel is a mirrored image of the U.S. in terms of Social development. No, genius. Everything in the "King James" version of the epistles, doesn't include everything in Latin Vulgate, the Catholic Bible from which the Kings James was translated. The King James version has about 13 books less than the Catholic Bible. So I don't know, you tell me what went down since the Catholic Church existaed first, and without the Vulgate, there wouldnt be a King James.

I've studied the Bible, and it can be a good piece of literature if interpreted in a particular way. Unfortunately, it is interpreted in any way but the way it should be, and Christians, more than any other religion today, are doing more to feed this conflict, than any biblical prophecy. 2.) Just because a book says forever, doesn't mean it has to be, since, not all of us build our lives around said book.
3.) I can promise you, in terms of numbers and global military operations, if Israel doesn't stop committing genocidal terrorism, they will in fact "not" be around forever. The same goes for any imperialist society. Just ask Rome or the Nazis :)
