The dispatcher was a moron. She has had the training and had been on the job for some time prior to this call and she swore that the brother was the robber. She should have been fired for not trying to clarifying everything first.

She walked over to her daughter and told her that she needed to stay inside the lines when she was coloring, and she took the book and said something like "Here, let mommy fix it," and when she handed the coloring book back to her daughter, it said "Call 911". That's "911 Christina's Call" from Episode 604. BeatleMoe uploaded it a while back.

The burglar was too busy fighting with her dad. I think he knew she was on the phone, because in the recording you can hear him shout something like, "I'll kill your dad!"

There were probably parts that were edited out since Shatner said the call was 13 minutes. I think the whole call was the inspiration for the show.
