What I meant by commitment was, even if it's just a jump..put strength into it...even if you can do it easily. Every time you put effort into a move, you get better and stronger with it later. Example is...you jump out of a hole with 15 pound weights for 3 months. Now you can do 25 pounds and 15 pounds seems like nothing. That's because you let your body adapt to the 25 pounds. The more committed you are, the faster you'll grow in whatever you're doing.
