What is wrong, this is a natural act that occurs only once a year as those bees are looking a new home due to a healthy hive thriving. I am not trying to sound rude but it is obvious that you are not familiar at all with honey bees.
Perhaps you should consider doing some personal research and learning more about the common honey bee. First of all, they are very docile during this phase and are not likely to sting. second, how can something be wrong that is involved in 33% of all your food p
Please... Just look up on the Inet your nearest bee keeper if a HoneyBee swarm shows up. They are more than happy to come remove them for you for free. Wasps and other critters are different. Mankind would starve were it not for the HoneyBee. They only swarm when they outgrow "population" their current hives.
Bees that are swarming are incredibly gentle. Just enjoy a view of something special that happens in nature. Few people ever see a swarming hive in action.

Looks like perfectly normal swarming behaviour to me. They'll collect somewhere in a clump them move on within a few days.
They're very docile while they do this. You've got nothing to worry about.
