Joxer a tip for you is not to spend your perks in a lot of different skills becuase you will end up just ok in a bunch of things and great at nothing

darkelf invisibility and bound sword with conjur at 76 and illusion at 98 and in battle i use calm an frenzy

Go and get high level robes of illusion and other clothing with enchantments for illusion reduction or magicka regen. and keep casting muffle or courage on someone and in about an hour your skill will be around 80-90

On my playthrough i totally ignored magika. I had an Nightelf thief and went for shout cooldown reduction because i thought that all i need are dagger, a bow and stealth. And in major fights i just went with the shouts.
