Lots and lots of mistakes... But keep this tempo till you can play it without mistakes..... and after, it needs to be played two times faster at least.......
THANKS. SO. MUCH. FINALLY, I can actually HEAR the notes. I like the fast version but this one is great for some of us who wanna sound like someone else when playing this piece at our slow paces. again, thanks
Hey great job!! I think you can relax a little more and start of at a quicker pace (you sped up quite a fair bit during the middle section). Keep wrists and elbows relaxed at all times and transfer each chord (or note) to the next. Maybe you could try memorising the piece too. It'll help a lot! All the best and again I'll say, good attempt!! =))
Well done. I have to say about Kapustin's music - many pianists play it so fast that I can't absorb what just happened. So watching you play it was actually more interesting for me than watching them.
I didn't recognize it at first tempo was slower than elsewhere .buti thought it was easier for me to hear what was happening with rythms being thrown from treble to bass. i now want to learn this music.Always interesting Kapustin. thaks for Hamelin geting interest out there.I hope the music library Miami univ has this .this russian has great jazz in his mind!

@winxcat You can hear them, but if they are the wrong ones with the wrong beats, what's the point of it? lol

nice attempt. Kapustin's music is rediculously difficult...
but keep at it. Tempo is really lacking.
Keep referring back to recording of the piece.
