Kelly belongs with Brandon. She did choose him, and she even did so in the show. The only thing that Kelly and Dylan had was passion, in which, sex isn't a relationship. Brandon and Kelly on the other hand had passion, chemistry, and the most important thing, love. They truly did love one another. BK Forever<3

I know a lot of Brelly fans like to argue that Kelly "really chose Brandon". But if she really only wanted Brandon, why did she kiss Dylan multiple times? Why didn't she immediately refuse to go on that trip with him? Why did she tell Donna that she loved Brandon, but Dylan would always have a piece of her soul? IDK? Personally, I just thought there was more fire in her relationship with Dylan. I did enjoy Brelly at times, but I always wanted Kelly to get back with Dylan.

I always prefered Kelly with Dylan. They had more passion. They annoyed me sometimes when they were a couple, but after he got sober in season 5, the only thing he thought or cared about was helping her and getting her back (until he decided to focus on killing his father's murderer). I liked Brelly the first time around, but then I wanted Kelly back with Dylan after he sobered up. When she and Brandon got back together in season 7, they were boring!

Actually she did try to get with Brandon in P.S I Love You. The climax of season 5. She turned down marrying Brandon but still wanted a relationship. Brandon said no there's no going back. In season 6 is when she got with Colin, thrill, thrill

She Came back with Colin, and started to be heavy in drugs. Dylan was trying to get back at the guy who killed his dad, and met Toni and married her, then she died. And Dylan left. Brandon helped Kelly kick the drugs, and she wanted to get back with him again, but he didnt want too. I think that was when he was with Susan. Then later Tracy. Dylan went to London to be with Brenda, and wrote Kelly a letter to tell her. Brandon was getting serious with Tracy, and Kelly was by herself. In S7.

Actually the next episode Kelly goes to Brandon in Palm Springs, to reunite with him. she tells him she wasnt ready for marriage, but that dosent mean she dosent love him or want to be with him, and Brandon tells her its Over. That was when he was contemplating hooking up with Valerie, and Kelly knew it and was upset and tried to talk to him, but Brandon wont listen. Its all on the S5 dvds. The season ends, with Dylan/Brandon being best friends again, and Val/Brandon kissing. About to have sex

I remember this eppy and I was frustrated with Kelly for not choosing after a whole season of building up to that point.I never cared for Dillon though.I always believed Brandon was more of a responsible person and way nicer than Dillon.

yeah i see your point on the build up and maybe somewhat of a let down, but another way to look at it is the journey that Kelly takes during that season, from the near-death experience in the fire to searching outside of herself for meaning with the whole Finley-cult plot, to self-image issues with the fire burns. And after this journey, she discovers that she doesn't have to rush to find happiness outside of herself from a guy for example, but to look within for strength, thus "I choose me."
