Hi Amanda! I've enjoyed your videos. I've had my braces for a year and 10 months. Hopefully I'll be done in a couple of months. I've had two teeth pulled out so I'm still waiting for the openings to fully close. I've recently had two "screws" put on which make a much bigger preasre. It's been the most painful of the whole process. Now I have braces only on my upper teeth. Thanks for sharing your experience with all of us. And btw you look great!!!

because most people usually dont have enough room in their mouth for them, and if they get too big they can mess up you jaw, and they are really easy to get cavities on. im getting mine pulled out the day i get my braces off

I didn't get put to sleep when I had the side teeth pulled, only when I had my wisdom teeth pulled. They only numbed me up to pull the side teeth and it was a very fast procedure.

yeah, good point at the ending, Vote. so happy obama won but anyway, good to hear you doing great amanda. my last tightening was two weeks ago, i got metal springs to close the gaps and yes, i am wearing elastic rubber bands too. its crazy. a little pain here and there but its ok. next tightening is dec 4th. wondering how long the gaps will take to close.

My estimated treatment plan is 18-24 months. I got them on April 2, 2008 so either October 2009 or April 2010. Keep watching it's going to be a journey.
