The quality of the original was much better, and if you ever got to ride it I am pretty sure you would think differently. As far as the money aspect of it. You pay to get into the park, not to ride one attraction, and yes..it is to make money in the long run. A theme park is a business.
The girl was still there up until closing from what I remember but some of the stuff was edited now and then. The one day journey into the future concept was sort of not as strong anymore due to the queue never being long enough to get all of the footage in the outside queue.
the BTTF ride in hollywood has a few months left. the one in orlando's been closed for 3 months. but thanks for the memories, i almost became teary eyed by just watching this (i'll always remember crying after riding it in march 24th for the last time)
No problem. Glad they are appreciated by others as much as they are by me. I am going to miss the ride for the great production value of the preshow and queue videos.

The hollywood version captioning team was wrong. It is "Darn, Darn darn" as as a joke on when Doc would say "Damn, Damn damn" in the movies.

The line's actually "Dark, dark dark".
In Hollywood's version, be have closed captioning on all the monitors so you can read out the exact script while waiting in line.
