@lynwoood123 Hello, I would really take her to the vet since she had a litter that died..You vet can do an ultrasound and let you know how many pups she has, Most vets will work with you on payments and ways to pay for the vet bill...But really my advice is get her to a vet asap..

@Bieberllove13 Well you don't really know until you see a pup...but her temp will drop and she will not eat she will do nesting and want to be somewhere quite..you watch for signs and you pay attention to her....Bella waited on me until I was home and she had the pups...that sounds strange...but that's what happened.

When my poodles give birth they have burning desire for attention (might be the hormones) until they actuallly give birth. Then they are very protective of their pups either growling or whining to get you to put them back next to their mom.

@WebkinzGal256 Well It's a lot of work breeding poodles..My parents enter them in shows, so we breed show dogs. But If you think you can handle the work evolved with it. I would recommend breeding. Just make sure you find homes for the dogs and do lots of research.

@cherrylicioussss Well from what I can tell you Bella was never bleeding while she was pregnant, now her nipples did get enlarged but if she is pregnant and bleeding she might be getting ready to loose the litter, I would get her to the Vet ASAP, Your girl might have a condition called a Pyometra which is a bacterial infection of the uterus. thank you for posting this... our little one is expecting her first litter in 4 1/2 weeks. it is great to see what to expect. a breeder advised me to make sure mum doesn't pull on the cord but i am not sure when or how and for how long do i protect the cord from being pulled. i hate to interfere with nature.
