I loved every single episode from lost. And I think some characters actually developed more in the last seasons than in the first ones (Benjamin in particular) And I adored the 'time-traveling' episodes.. how Miles saw his father holding him.. and Sayid shooting Ben as a kid.. I love that kind of stuff. And when we saw how the hatch was built. Yeah I actually liked all of the seasons, even though the last ones were different from the first 3.

I wouldn't mind these last few seasons of Lost if, like it's been said, the answers werent' so lame. So the black rock destroyed the statue? We never got to see Hanso, the whispers are dead people? You can see that they really had no plan when it came to these last few seasons.
And Lost is about the characters for me. I'm so bumed out to find out that theyr'e just puppets in a game with MIB/Jacob (who I could care less about)

Dude, its getting better and better every season, but yea, If you are totally into character development then the newer seasons won't do it for you anymore. Im more of a plot driven guy, so I am glad they got all of the character development done in the first three seasons now its all plot... with some character development still, justy not nearly as much. Its just coming to an end and they have to wrap things up now. :)
@alicemadden I always liked the mythology too. But until now the answers seem lame and made up to me. I've always seen Lost as e great puzzle, with the pieces coming together at the end. For now it just seems a bloody mess.
The answer of the whispers was just lame. Ugh, they're the dead ppl? Lost used to be original, once.

This first scene shows exactly that, I also thought it was a lame explanation for the whispers.
@grable42 I totally agree - the producers and writers got such backlash when there were no answers just questions and lots of character development so they decided to finish the series after six seasons as "fans" were getting impatient and now that the end is nigh people are saying the answers are not what they wanted. The saying is true, you can please some of the people some of the time....
As for the editing tho, loved the transition you used - Kate's confused face was funny too LOL

i know what you're feeling, and i kinda agree. I mean, i love the first seasons but i guess this change is natural. Like ForeverFaraday said, it couldn't stay the same every season, if so people would have lost the interest in the show and would be complaining about this. It is changing because it has to change but of course we will always miss the LOST we knew first! I admit LOST is gone, season 6 has had it's moments like "Dr. Linus" which I loved, but it feels untrue to where it began. But, I'm going to give it the benefit of the doubt and see the last 4 episodes and the finale through because after all I loved this show before it began.

Because it doesn't seem like it's the LOST I love anymore. It's like it's a brand new show, less interesting. I know it's time for answers now but I don't think the writers have handled this last season the great way. I know their job must be hard but I don't like how things are ending... no, not like that.

Ben Linus being THE big diabolic character of the show. The losties against the others. And the SKATE scenes of the first three seasons. Even the Jack and Kate's ones (even if I'm not a Jater).

I thought I was the only one who thought this. Season 3 was pure brilliance. There's just no cohesion between the characters. They all seem to have grown apart and it's really sad :( There's just such a lack of emotion now and you can't seem to connect with anyone =/
They're lucky most LOST watchers are fanatics and will watch to the end.
Anyway, this video is just brilliant. I love all of these clips and the editing is simply but fantastic :) x
