@NextBlazeEx BlazBlue didn't start the argument below. Comments like your's did. Seriously people, at least know what something is about before you talk about it.
@xxYdoxxx I hate how everytime people discuss BlazBlue on a Guilty Gear video, people automatically think there's an argument going on. The games have parallels. It's completely justified to compare the two and it is possible to compare the two and NOT argue about it. Stating which one you like more and why is not an argument. One person dissing the BlazBlue is not an argument. I'm tired of people complaining about arguments when there isn't one going on.
@xxYdoxxx I just skimmed through all of the comments. Less than half of them even mentioned BlazBlue. And out of the ones that did, very few were attacking the game. Thinking that Guilty Gear is better than BlazBlue is not an argument, it's just a stating of opinion. Some people feel that BlazBlue is too slow and too easy compared to Guilty Gear. Some people feel the characters are less original. This does not constitute to an argument so stop overreacting.
@xxYdoxxx I'm in no way a BB hater. I like BB. It's actually pretty cool. I just don't like some of the characters and the aesthetics that much but it's till a cool game. The Drive system in BB is cool as hell and the story is great. When I mentioned things that people might dislike about BB I wasn't stating my personal opinions (well some of them). I was basing it from what I've gathered from GG fans. As you can see, opinions don't start the arguments, ignorance does.
The BB and GG community are kinda fighting when both are small and should be the same, That is my point, It's not an opinion, It is an fact, an argument if you must.

The only fighting comes from the very vocal minority that won't shut up. But just because it happens doesn't mean that every time BB comes up in a GG video means there's a fight.
And everything that I'm saying is that those fights shouldn't exist at all... We're already small enough and many sub-factors divide us even more ( Consoles / Online Players / Local Players / Favorite Game ( GG or BB ) and all that.

Guilty Gear characters are cooler and more original.

If Makoto where in GG, she'd probably be an assistant of Slayer or something. But Makoto is welcome anytime :P Tbh she's one of the only good BB characters along with Hazama and Valkenhyn

@gyppygirl2021 dude, I didn't start playing the series until this year, it won't net you ridicule. I started with Blazblue, loved it and checked GG and loved it more. GG is better, but they got close with Blazblue.
Yeah it's sad that Overture is hated. But it's because after GGXX there are nothing but spin-offs like Isuka, Judgement and revisions. Then suddenly there's a rumor that there's no 2D GG anymore and all that's left is a 3D game with all characters gone except Sol and Ky. I say GG2 has the best story and expanded the GG universe best, I think its the false rumors' and the bad timing of the release to blame. How I wish I could play GG2 and dissect the details in it!

I always perfered the Anti-Protaganist In Arc Games. Ky is my GG Main, Jin is one of my BB Sub Characters, along with Mu and Lambda. And Makoto is my BB Main.

I think Arc needs to make a Guilty Gear vs Blazblue, I heard from a friend that they're going to a while ago but I don't know if it's true or not. I heard it shortly after Arc got the rights to GG again.
@tmannintendo Well they probably can cross the franchises now since they got the license back. However its a 5 button fighting game that meets a 4 button. It would be interesting to see how they cross the fighting systems.

BB does not make GG less popular, since GG's fandom is small from the start. The development of BB will bring new players and fans. Once a new GG comes, new fans from BB will try the game at least.

I have to thank GG for making me appreciate Heavy Metal. I personally am not a fan of Blazblue myself, but I see it as one of the best business decisions Arc Sys has made over the years. Whatever argument you have, both games are similar in systems/characters and soundtrack.

I always perfered the Anti-Protaganist In Arc Games. Ky is my GG Main, Jin is one of my BB Sub Characters, along with Mu and Lambda. And Makoto is my BB Main.
BB vs GG would make me a very, very happy...Uhh.... Person.
Fyi GG Fans who don't look up BB, they won't make a crossover game of BB until BB's story is done, they're about "Half way through" according to a developer interview. They're also apparently wanting to make BB Vs Trigun first...

I think Arc needs to make a Guilty Gear vs Blazblue, I heard from a friend that they're going to a while ago but I don't know if it's true or not. I heard it shortly after Arc got the rights to GG again.

BB does not make GG less popular, since GG's fandom is small from the start. The development of BB will bring new players and fans. Once a new GG comes, new fans from BB will try the game at least.

I have to thank GG for making me appreciate Heavy Metal. I personally am not a fan of Blazblue myself, but I see it as one of the best business decisions Arc Sys has made over the years. However, if they decide to junk GG that will be the worst decision ever. Yeah, I pray that a new, improved GG comes soon. BTW I pray to Jesus' dad.

He's not ever thought of himself as a girl, he knew he was male but only really was able to assert it when he left the village otherwise his family would have been shunned. @Hazelminker they lost the rights to sammy and sega in 2006 i think and coulndt make a new game(which was why we got endless remakes like xx accent core, xx accent core plus and xx reload and stuff)so to earn money they made a new series which was blazblue, it was a major success and without that loss of GG we would have never got blazblue anyways, now they got their rights back, in an interview ishiwatari said that ''eventually'' there WILL BE a guilty gear 3 he just doesnt know when

Not that Blazblue is bad , but, it just doesn't feel the same.
the songs are awesome but not remarkable
the characters are not as memorable as those from the Guilty Gear series.
and Last but not least, i felt that Guilty Gear had way more balanced combat than Blazblue.

You make it sound like Blazblue should be trashed as soon as possible for Guilty Gear to come back.
Using it as a tool to introduce a wider audience into Arc System Work's games and then abandoning it just because the main thing is ready to be used? That's not very productive at all.
