@xlambxofxruinx It can't be really considered "unique" if its used in almost every parkway song though,and Matt Greiner is definitely a better drummer than Ben, not that I don't like Parkway, I love em.

But Matt is one of the best in metalcore.

@xlambxofxruinx Everybody's got a favourite 4 count cymbal, Matt's just so happens to be the china, and he usually uses it for breakdowns like 3/4 of the time.

But I'd highly doubt that almost all other metalcore drummers could play some of Matt's technical drum patterns, and considering he started drumming while in college. He's pretty fucking good considering how late he started.

@MattBeardyKH202 i'm almost positive Matt didn't start drumming in college, i think he was about 12 or 13 when he picked up sticks. he was also a lot more formally trained than gaz in terms of technique and time signatures. people forget that Gaz is a self-taught surfie from (what used to be at least) possibly the least metal town in australia, who now endorses some of the biggest names in the drum industry. i think deep blue shows a lot of Matt's infulence on him too IMO

i respect this guy. He's got zildjian cymbals, but he doesnt only use A Customs, and oriental trash chinas. He's got Pearl drums, but he doesnt use the typical one rack tom, on floor tom set-up. I was happy to see his set-up. kudos

@MasonBangsDrums haha i think he used to have those exact specs dude bar a k ride i think, but yeah i'm glad to see him stepping outisde the square when it comes to sound too i spose. personally i've got a lot more respect for him just for being a self taught "not a drum dude" outta byron who stayed faithful to the same companies til it payed off for him!
