I agree with people who don't get this straight off. I didn't either - they didn't make the two windows truly distinguishable. You just stare at the mercury and the route it takes.

@hitman7112 How you can't understand that? At the beginning we see two browser's windows: one with address bar, other with search engine. They filled with liquid metal (I don't know which exactly, metal with low smelting temperature) and then all the liquid metal flows into one box and combine.

If you look at the beginning of the vid, they present you with two features in two different windows: the address bar and the search bar. The whole purpose of this vid is to let you know that their Omnibox has address bar and search bar capabilities. (hence the two liquids becoming one).

it could be liquid gallium, which just needs to be heated to about 86ºF. also much safer than mercury.

I want to like Chrome. But the Omni-Box having a live keylogger in it is a deal breaker for me, I mean it's one thing to track web searches. It's another thing entirely to track keystrokes live. Not to mention potentially exploitable.
