It was a great film, but there were some parts of the soundtrack not on the album. Is there any means of obtaining these songs not on the soundtrack elsewhere?
this does have a meaning. the guy fell in love with something he couldn't have much like what happens to everyone. overall i liked this film a lot. it's much like that movie 'the science of sleep' ,another great film
To me, the meaning of the film was always "The grass is always greener..." The scientist doesn't like his quiet life and wishes he were part of the swinging life in the next apartment...Meanwhile, Penny's boyfriend, who *is* part of that life, wishes he had that quiet life. The holes in the wall represent the little bit either can see of that other life. To me, the last scene of him, more self-assured, back at the lab represents him realizing he's okay with his life after all.
