My guess is that they either ignored the very detailed nutrition plan, or they ordered the program from someone that pirated the DVDs, and did not include the nutrition plan. Sadly, many people are so eager for the best price, that they don't get the entire package. We sell the retail package and everything is included.
they do offer a nutrition plan but its like a thick book. I have P90X and im asking individuals on youtube for advice its much faster then reading a huge book
