@Ophiuchus123456789 If you talk to Stinky a bit, he explains a bit more on the Cake of the Damned. It's supposed to be an unholy food product combining all meals (coffee=breakfast, ribs=lunch, dinner=fishsticks, dessert=ice cream) + tar. If you noticed, ribs was missing from Sam's recitation.

Also, it comes from the Bible, where Eve was made from Adam's rib, hence GIRL Stinky (sorry for caps; no italics v_v)

Because she was a cake! If you look on Wikipedia, she was created by Stinky himself when he died in a crash using an entree, side dish, dessert and one of Stinky's arms that made into Girl Stinky.

Actually, that is incorrect. Stinky created his "granddaughter" before he died; he created her since if I remember right, he made her since he was lookin to create the greatest recipe.

He used a rib (reference to the Bible) and not his arm to give her flesh.
