This truck weighs around 5300 lbs, so a Challenger/Charger weighs closer to 1,000 lbs less, not 2,000.

@1Erland5 the factory rated power is measured at the crankshaft. rated horsepower at the rear wheels is always a smaller number because of driveline loss. the important thing to remember is that the difference is what is important.

@1Erland5 the auto trans and if its 4x4 the transfer case and the rear diff eat ALOT of the rated hp but make no mistake that 245 whp will get these big ass trucks to the speed limiter quick if you want a fast 1/4 dont buy a 4 door truck

I also have the 2006 ram quad cab with the Night Runner package and was dreaming of a procharger or supercharger. Good to see what a truck like mine would look and sound like. What HP numbers and 0-60 times you get? Keep up the good work.

You gotta be puttn 460 and up at the engine because Ive seen this kit tested on other Hemi trucks ranging between 435 up and to around your numbers depending on other mods headers,cam good exhaust system etc.. this is a good system for Hemi trucks alot better than the GSM system and you gotta love ProChargers big intercooler

I was quoted around 6 grand installed I think its well worth it I think only worries is the tranny after that

a cam and custom tuning will get you there for about 3 grand max. The time i saw it was running 4 lbs of boost anyway

im pretty sure i saw this thing run and it only did a 14.09 1/4 mile or something. Not really worth 7thousand for 1.5 seconds off stock

it wasnt $7k and how much money would it take you otherwise to drop a second and a half if that is what this would run, you have never seen this truck at the track either and on our dyno it was in the mid 13s.

I would guess closer to 500 at the crank, I guess the transmission really does drain a lot out of that engine

the 6.4 is a 392 correct the 6.1 is the 370 and the 5.7 is the 345 how much is it to bore out the 5.7 or is it cheaper to buy a new engine
