i see really good athleticism and strength for a young guy but his skill set doesn't blow me away. he doesn't do much with his right, and he doesn't have much other than a jumper or a fadeaway. he relied mostly on his physical skills in college, which is why in the NBA he's struggling against guys the same size.
Durant had a much more diverse game even in college, and now that he's stronger and smarter, he's dominating.

Just because you dominate in college doesn't mean you are going to dominate in the NBA. Look at JJ Reddick. Also Beasley is only 6'8"-6'9" playing the 4 when most guys are at least 6'10" if not taller. Offensively he could probably be a 20+ pt/game guy but there are still things he needs to work on like better shot selection and his post up game. He also needs to step up his defense. I definitely think he needs more minutes but he needs to be consistent too and be a 20/10 guy.

Yes, it is retarded. In Memphis' loss to Kansas, Rose had 18 points. In K-State's loss in Allen Fieldhouse, Beasley had 39 points. 21 MORE POINTS. Oh and by the way, Beasley had already helped K-State beat KU once before that.
