But 2 strokes are a dying brand in the Mx world sorry to say. I would say probly 98 percent of the people I race with or see race have 450's. I'm sure there are some but fading out. Now 300ft drags and oval ice racing there are a bunch we race with.
Problems but once you address them they are basass machines. Cory if you race Mx cool not many people do that with a 4 mil. As for the 26 mil I know I could t beat one unless it was sick or had a bad run. Really just not a fair fight. I have seen a 10 mil get beat by a 250r but I want to say it was like a 499 saber engine, don't quote me on the name because I'm not into the 2 stroke market.

if the 400ex has a 426 stroker motor get the cannondale a different motor or bored it out with wiseco pistons,exhaust pipe,K&N Intake and ETC then we would see which ones faster

@coryv4 The 250r dominated every aspect of quad racing and was far ahead of its time in engineering... It was the most raced quad until the release of the 450's. The yamaha banshee is no where near the most popular quad by todays standards or even in the past. They were ill-handling and had a motor that was good for one thing (going in a straight line). They were not good cross country quads, not good tt quads, and horrible mx quads. Banshees are great for the sand dunes and drags... thats it!

My guess is hes running a 4mm crank and if it is then hes running a 87mm piston (416) desinged for a stroker crank
If your running a 4mm crank with a 440 then its a 460 there is some many different combination of cranks and pistons its not funny
